2 people came to my door a man and a woman. Soliciting water delivery contacless during covid times. So I was all for it. Theybstated I would get a water thingy to rent and would disperse hot and cold water. They stated inwould get the big jugs of water for the dispenser and also a case of water.. Gave them my info set up my card info on their website and scheduled for my delivery. I set up auto pay so the funds could come out and I could get my water monthly Delivery day comes i wait all day by the door and nothing comes. I wait for the next delivery....nothing comes. Try to call them the wait time Is to long that the I've just hangs up. Try sending an email but no response.Finally I just canceled my card and went on. Months later now they are stating they are sending to a debt collector. I honestly don't think they debt agency is real either but we will see what happens. Call the company again and explain again and get hung up on by the "representative" just don't do any business with any place or person that is representing this name
