A company by the name of Watch Rapport listed a product that was not in stock and got money off of me of $15,025.73. After several attempts to try and get money back since November the 9th, 2022. It has been one story after another. They have not refunded me.

Watch Rapport purports to sell watches that are listed on their site, but have no access to, or can't guarantee they have access to. They gain clients by selling "on sale" watches that are discounted by 10% - 15% over the listed price. The catch is you pay the entire cost upfront. Then the watches never arrive. In my case I requested a refund 5 weeks ago. They say they need 15 business days to process the refund, but I have yet to receive it. The only individuals you can talk to are call center people who minimal access. The email address that is given does get a response, but it is generally a stock response. I have asked to be called directly but nobody has ever called. It clearly looks like a watch "ponzi" scheme. Based on comments filed on TrustPilot and other sites, I am amongst many who have been conned this way.
