Purchased a men's 10 carbon fiber watch box with wood grain from their website on June 9, 2023. (Today is June 20th and I still have not received my item). They even offered free engraving. They gave me an order number, (#28895). My credit card was charged. I attempted to call them, the phone number is disconnected and I e-mailed them, but, I received no answer. I even tried to do a live chat and all I got was that my order was being processed. I even got a tracking number from UPS but all it said was that the label had been created. It was very, very hard to get any contact information from them.
