Calls several times. Lady leaves voicemail stating that she informing me of a civil case that will be filed against and threaten to notify my job's human resources department and/or my personal home but I can avoid by contacting the client prior to it being too late and further action is taken by calling. I've called the number 6mts ago and referenced the case number. The guy that I was speaking to said they served papers to my resident that I hadnt lived in since like 2007-8. They said it was about a vehicle I got from a dealership that supposedly I never made an attempt to pay on so they wanted money when it came down to it. I felt like it was a scam and after stating how much they were willing to settle, I told them that I felt it would be best that I talk with my lawyer and have them speak. He said once I do that, they will only talk to the lawyer from here on out. I said I understand....HE HANGS UP. Stopped calling until recently and yes I did have a lawyer reach out to them. Sorry to have wasted his time.
