These people are so damn rude! I have been in a Nursing home for a long time and they called trying to collect for a credit card that I couldn’t have taken out, plus they had an old married name that has been changed 10 years before the card was allegedly received. I try to ask questions to get the validity of them and the debt, but was hung up on. The I get the so called boss who was the worst one in the building. I asked to speak to her boss and she says that she’s the top dog and that’s that and she was just gonna cancel my hardship and just tell them I wasn’t compliant after I pressed the issue of trying to get information. They need to be shut down, and it sounds like it’s only 4 employees. The “boss” also stated that she was a Christian, but was so disrespectful that it was just sad. I want to go to court just to find out more information on them. It doesn’t cost them anything to be kind. I’m pissed off!

This place has been calling me for months telling me I have an unresolved debt with Check N Go company. I have not had a loan with them in over 1 1/2 years. I called the company and they verified my account is clear and in good standings. This provider advised they cannot send me a validation letter, refuses to give their mailing address. Say they don't need to be licensed as they are just a Mediator. They gave me a reference # of PXA-95308. He threatened me with a subpoena and a court action. This # says it's a land line and appears to be a family operation based on background noise. They need to be stopped. His last comment to me was "well don't pay the bill and go to prison you live right by Folsom Prison" My comeback was "I don't live in Folsom". I haven;t lived in Folsom for 18 years. I only had a PO Box until last year. Make them go away. The phone # I gave you is a call back #.

This company has been harassing me daily for weeks. First they call from a TN number (where I live) Which was 625-375-9521 and instruct me to call another number. The first few times they wanted me to call 402-389-5121 and the last few times they wanted me to call 541-809-0559. They threatened to come to my home and work. They gave me a “reference number.” When I called the 402 number they acted like they needed the Ref#, then told me to get my credit card and pay them $1500 for a loan I got in October of 2013. Too bad I had my son that month and year and remember everything; including not getting a loan. They claimed I dealt with Regions bank for the loan. I have no dealt with **** since 2005 in college. So, when I called the 541 number, the guy knew who I was and didn’t need my reference number. He then said I owed **** $1100. (Mind you they first said $1500). He said they would be sending me a warrant for court and the loan company would receive a lot more money than that. Interestingly enough, each time I asked if I could be connected to the original loan place or regions they said yes and immediately hung up on me. When I told them I was calling my lawyer they told me to have him call them and have his credit card ready. What a joke but I am furious!
