On 11/27/20, I ordered a Christmas ornament from Washingoal.com and paid via Paypal. I was charged $17.35 plus $5.95 shipping for a total of $21.20 on that same date by a retailer called "Cozyzon Company Limited." Noticing I hadn't received the ornament, I contacted the retailer on 12/23 advising that the item was a Christmas gift and if not received by 12/24 I would no longer require it and I asked about shipping details. The retailer from account identifying the sender as "Shelby Brothers, Inc." and a person by the name of "Yutani EasynFunny" responded with " So sorry for the delay Your package has already been shipped to the carrier. However, due to the overloads in recent times, it may take a long time to be delivered to your address. Please understand for us. We will send you a tracking link in the next few days. Yutani" I knew I had been scammed and immediately replied on 12/24 asking for refund. I also received an ad from the same company from "[email protected]" advertising various products an a discount code from washingoal.com. When I attempted to email the retailer from their website, the email bounced back to me ([email protected]).
