I have been back and forth with this company/persons for a full refund since July 2, 2019 and i have not yet received a confirmation email or cancelation email. I have been waiting patiently for my refund. On multiple emails of me asking to cancel my order, the only response I would get is that "they would be very happy to adjust my order and refund me the difference. I sent multiple emails stating that i want to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Its now Aug 26, 2019 and I have had to call my bank to file a claim to see if they can assist me in getting my refund. If you are reading this, please dont buy into this and purchase from a vender you know.
