We received a washer dryer combo and wanted to exchange the washer. Samsung assured us that if we returned the washer and purchased a new one we would be refunded as soon as they received the washer. That was one month ago and today they are they telling me that they will not refund the washing machine even though they have confirmation that it’s been received. It’s a brand new washer and they are refusing refund.
