I ordered a jacket on Dec. 4th. The payment processed on Dec. 6th and I was told the item would arrive 7-10 days after processing. It is now Dec. 26th and the jacket never arrived. I emailed the company multiple times as the tracking has not updated since Dec. 7th. The tracking says "En route to DHL Ecommerce Distribution Center". I was told it would arrive by Dec. 21st, by Christmas and then told it was in a warehouse in Chicago and would arrive in 72 hours (which was Dec. 24th). Now that the item has not arrived I have tried to email them to request a refund. I attempted to call and receive a message that says to email them. They have not fulfilled the order and have not refunded the money. Negative reviews on their website are deleted. When I originally looked at the reviews they were all positive. Once I started having issues with them I looked at reviews and others said they ordered items in November and never received them. Now today, these reviews are gone. When I originally purchased this item, PayPal was not accepted, which was a concern. Now they accept PayPal. I feel this company is a scam as they have not fulfilled this order and others and have not rectified the situation by providing a refund.
