11/25/20, A signed contract was sent to me, I signed, scanned returned the contract. $1000. was sent using Citibank Zelle, as requested
Name of individual Jean Atemnkeng, email; [email protected]. The next morning I received a call from Frank, 512 3617538, Pro Global Shipping that $1350 a contract was signed, sent and returned to Frank. $1350 had to be sent immediately for an air-conditioned crate, $1100. would be refunded after safe delivery. Money sent using Citibank Zelle, to [email protected]. Several hours on 11/26 I received an email stating additional money would have to be sent to cover the insurance for the dog shipment. I said something
is wrong, the original contract is $1000 delivered. Cancel this entire order. Citi Bank was closed on Thanksgiving and I was unable to
process a cancellation on Zelle or reach a live attendant to determine what to do. The Highland Park IL PD was called for direction
and all documents, contacts were provided and a case file was generated. I was told by the officer who came to the house on
Thanksgiving night to Call Citibank in the morning and file a financial Fraud report and obtain the Transaction number for both payments. I obtained Zelle payment Transaction CTIDAHTXTDZN USB Bank for the $1350 payment and CTIETYSVAOWB Citi Bank for the $1000 payment. Citibank provided a Dispute # **************. Several attempts to request refunds were issue through Zelle which was now operating on the Citibank site. The $1000 breeder was refused immediately. On Sunday, 11/29/20, an email was received from [email protected] demanding additional funds immediately or the puppy would be brought to a pound. All phone numbers associated with the contracts were disconnected. 12/2/20, The Zelle service has rejected the Refund request for KimberlyHealy stating "Zelle has blocked the cell phone and email address.
