Received a letter regarding my truck we just purchased and it said: Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, you will be responsible for paying any repairs.

However, if expired, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before it's too late. Contact us by 01/04/2024 to activate. No company name or address or website only a number to call. They had my name address vin# to my tuck year make and model.

I received a phone call from this number they said “it shows on our records that your auto warranty is about to expire..” so I pressed 1 to see what happens, they answered after being on hold for about 20 seconds “hi can you please verify your vehicle with the make and model.” And I asked “shouldn’t you have that info?” They immediately hung up..I tried calling back and the only option was “please press 1 to be placed on the ‘do not call list’ “

Recorded message that will repeatedly call then automatically transfer you to someone in a foreign country to try to get you to purchase a warranty on your vehicle. They will not stop calling. They hang up on you when you tell them to stop the calls, then call back multiple times on another day.

Received phone call. Caller identified herself as Allison from my warranty company and my warranty is expiring. She then asked if I could hear her. I responded I could hear her just fine. She then wanted to review my warranty. I hung up. Called number back. Recorded message stating that "This survey is now closed."

Called and said they were with Warranty Service and then asked if I can hear them okay. Without thinking I said yes. Then I immediately said put me on the no call list and hung up

caller asked if I could hear her. She said this is my last chance for warranty before they close my file or account or something like that and asked if I would like to hear my options. I just said to close my file and she asked again and I again said to close my file and hung up.

Seemed to be the scam with warnings on the news and internet.
