This company has been charging me $54 a month. When I was purchasing the warranty they told me I could set up an appointment for multiple appliance to be serviced and would only be charged a one time service fee of $75 for all appliances. They haven't been able to find a technician to service all appliances and have charged me $75 two times for a technician that never came. I told them I didn't want the warranty anymore and they keep charging me and they still have not refunded the $150! I can't get them to stop charging me and I want my money back! I have since replaced my dishwasher, but the other appliances are still broken. Please help me. Thank you, Joan King
