Ordered 2 swivel cheeseboards in Feb. contacted company,said it was mailed. Gave me one tracking number which wasn't valid.. Apologized and said they sent another item out. Never got the product. Emailing back and forth

trying to offer me less money for my refund. They said i was costing them money. So if i accepted the lesser amount they would refund me immediately. Reported as fraud to my credit card company.
