Ordered Chicken coop & bird bath

I ordered a Chicken coop & Bird Bath on 5/3/23. I didn't get an email, but I checked tracking and it said they had been delivered at or near my mailbox on 5/22/23. I live in the country & my mailbox is on the other side of the road from my house. There a ditch right behind it. This is a large coop. I tried emailing and calling to no avail. I'm not happy & will not give up!

I never received my items they took my money and never received my pallet of returned items they were supposed to be Milwaukee they did send a mini screw driver set not worth 5 bucks but told me I would get a pallet I ordered it from clearance warehouse on Facebook biggest mistake I ever made

On January 19,2022 we ran across this website on Facebook . Warehouse clearance process and they were selling what was showed Ashley Furniture fireplaces for $69.99 which were on clearance from $700.00. So my husband and I thought hey let’s get two for upstairs and downstairs with $30 delivery charge. So we bought both and it said we would get them in 3-5 days and would send a email confirm the delivery. NOTHING!!! So I email the email that was given in case anything goes wrong. NOTHING!!!! So there is no phone number and still no reply. So back on fb I see that they had the same pictures of the fireplaces for $69.99 but they changed the name of the website to Brand Clearance. I want to let people know that don’t buy from them cause they will scam. I mean the website looks believable and it showed people buying the fireplaces as you look at the website. I saw that the company replied to everyone that received their fireplaces. Very convincing!!!!! SCAM!!!!
