I placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and have yet to receive my purchase. The company still lists my order as processing. I tried to call them but their "phone number" is really a recorded message telling you to email their customer service department. I have emailed 2 times giving 2 days between the emails and have not received a response. Upon visiting their Facebook page, it is clear that they have done this to hundreds of people.
