Back in July of 2020 I had tried what I believed to be a dating site, I quickly realized that I was mistaken and cancelled the membership and asked for my account to be deleted. Then this morning I received a notification that my account was charged 3 times by paynums.com and I had to Google it to see what it was for. The website was a little strange and I contacted them to see what had happened. The female who answered immediately asked for my card information and I knew something was wrong. They knew my email and name just based on my phone number. I had to argue with the lady who then refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and fiiiiinally agreed to refund my money but it has not been refunded yet. I just don’t understand how they can activate a profile that I had to go through a lot of problems to initially cancel in the first place. I had deleted the pictures and my information but they were back up as well! I just want them stopped.
