Responded to a mail offer from Donald Walton with full guarantee and full refund if not satisfied. The offer I responded to required $1000.00, however when I sent that in with my application (on Jan 10, 2024) they said that that flyer had expired and the actual amount is now $2000.00 and consequently refused my application. After several back and forth emails Donald Walton said my money would be refunded, that was on 02/02/2024. My last correspondence was on 02/13/2024 where I was informed they were in the process of refunding my money. Upon not hearing from them I again contacted him on 02/23/2024 with inquiry to the refund and I have not heard back from him. Payment was made via bank cashiers check made out to a Clarence A. Gardner. This information was provided to me by Donald Walton on 12/25/2023 whereby he used the return address of PO BOX 308 of Clarksdale, MS 38614 which is different than the address my application was sent to and the address he shows for his business Walton Direct Mail Systems. At this point and time all indications are he has no intention of refunding my money. I have worked with other direct mail companies with no issues but I guess I should have investigated this one further.
