I was having trouble with my HP Printer. I called HP and they connected me to Walnut Web Solutions. (Miracle Workers but not described by that name). Well they convinced me that I had 31 hackers on my computer and they could fix ALL PROBLEMS. No changes to printer as far as I can tell as I am still having problems. I think they still can mess with my computer also. In short I paid them $529.99 for a lifetime of tech support = my ignorance. They had an invoice/contract that said customer could cancel in 14 days minus $49.99 for registration charges. I purchased this on 12/21/17. I emailed them on 12/29/17 and told them I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back. They returned my email and said they would call me on 01/03/2018 which they did not do. (That was the 13th day of cancellation period) so I called them. They would not let me speak to Billing Department. They told me they would call me 01/04/2018 (14 day of cancellation period) which they did. They pushed and bullied and They let me speak to a man named Elfon and he told me NO. I was lied to, bullied, and stolen from. I just hope they don't do anyone else. ( I cannot delete attatchment and I think it is a person picture of family.)
