I ordered an Insta pot 3 quart pressure cooker from the seller on 3/17/23. The product was expected to be delivered on 3/31/23. I got a notification that the product was expected to be delivered on 3/24/23. However, as I tracked the product, it said it was delayed by 4/6/23 I still have not received my product. I had attempted to contact the seller twice with no response. I called walmart.com. Who told me the product had been delivered and signed for which did not ever happen they told me the only way I would get a refund is to contact my financial institution. The agent did not give me an opportunity to ask for a copy of the signature, and basically repeated that I needed to contact my financial institution. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from this seller. Like the other reviews that I have read, I had no idea that this was coming from a third-party when I ordered the product. it still says today when I try to track my shipment that it is delayed not delivered.
Never received my product

I purchased a Presto Digital Pressure Canner off the Walmart.com website on 7/9/22. I did not realize that there was a third-party seller, "Happy Shopping" involved in this transaction. I received notification from Walmart that the item had been delivered on 7/18/22 that the order had been delivered by FedEx. I did not receive the item and contacted FedEx the next day. They said that the tracking number I was given was for a package addressed to someone else at a different address. I was told that they could not give me any other information as the package did not belong to me. However on the website, we were able to determine the dimensions of the package as well as the weight of 5 pounds. The item I purchased weighed 20 pounds. I contacted Walmart Customer Service and they instructed me to wait 48 hours to see if the package showed up. I told them that I could wait 48 years, the package was not addressed to me, so would not show up at my door. Walmart finally said that they would contact Happy Shopping by email, and that they had 48 hours to respond. They also gave me an email address, [email protected] and phone number 305-340-5897 so that I could also contact the seller. I attempted contacting the seller also, and the phone number was not answered and the voicemail on the line was not personalized with a company name, etc. It was a standard cell phone impersonalized message, most likely for a "throwaway" phone. I have repeatedly contacted WalMart through their customer service text service as well as through the customer service phone number. I have been told to contact the provide of the Service Contract that I purchased on the item, that they would cover theft or loss of the item. This was not true, after much frustration, the only satisfaction I was able to get from them was a refund of the cost of the service contract. Since 7/18/22 I have spent hours of every day on the phone with countless foreign representatives that have given me one phony excuse after another. One even told me that I had to call back after 8 p.m., but would not give me a clear explanation why I had to wait for such an odd time to contact a business, especially since the call center was clearly in India, and one rep did confirm that. I repeatedly asked to speak to a representative in the U.S. and was told that they did not have any representatives in the U.S. and also stated that they did not have any managers/supervisors at the call center for me to speak with. One representative said they were sending a request for a refund, but in fact the email confirmation I received was that they had attempted a 2nd time to contact the fraudulent seller and I was required to wait another 48 hours for the seller to respond to Walmart. During this time, I told my story on social media, and received many comments about others that ordered the same item unwittingly from the same third-party seller, and they are now trapped in the very same scenario. Item not delivered and not being refunded their money. Today, I saw a post on the Facebook page of the manufacturer of the item that it has been brought to their attention that there is a fraudulent seller, Happy Shopping offering their product through Walmart.com and duping people. They said they were receiving reports of item shipped to an incorrect address and then not responding to requests for refunds. When I went to my confirmation of my sale to get the seller's address to provide to BBB, I found that the seller is now listed as "Shop With Us." The address and phone number listed is the same. It astounds me that Walmart.com would not vet and periodically verify that third-party seller's contact information was correct. I boggles my mind that Walmart.com would allow a seller with complaints of unfulfilled orders to continue to scam and victimize customers. It also infuriates me that I was told by managers of my local Wal-Mart store that Walmart.com and Wal-Mart corporation is two completely separate entities, that corporate is aware of these scammers and continues to allow them to operate under the guise of a legitimate business under the umbrella of the Walmart reputation. Wal-Mart management personnel also told me that sadly, I very likely will never receive a refund of my money.
