saw advertisement on facebook and the add said free shipping for the $69.99 scooter. I have copd and a fixed income so I thought what a good deal. My copd causes breathing problems with everyday tasks and limits my lifestyle. When I clicked on the advertisement it sent me to the site harrimart.com, redflag, I really wanted that scooter. So ordered it and paid with my visa. Never got a Email with tracking number to track my order. Your only means to contact them is by email which I have done many times and never get a reply. Purchased in January 2022 and have no ideal how to get a refund

In March 2022, I saw an advertisement on Facebook in the sidebar paid advertisement box for a "EWHEELS EW-46 4 WHEEL MOBILITY SCOOTER" that looked like a Walmart add (had their name and logo) for $59.98 + $7.99 shipping and handling, marked down from $459.90. I thought this was a really good deal on a close out or something and I ordered 2 of them paying from my PayPal account.
I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail like I normally do from Walmart.
It had a 4 hour count down and I fell for it.

On March 8, 2022, I saw an advertisement on Facebook in the sidebar paid advertisement box for a "EWHEE4LS EW-46 4 WHEEL MOBILITY SCOOTER" that looked like a Walmart add (had their name and logo) for $59.98 + $7.99 shipping and handling, marked down from $459.90. I thought this was a really good deal on a close out or something and I ordered it paying with it from my PayPal account. I then started thinking about it and thought something wasn't right because I didn't get an order confirmation e-mail like I normally do from Walmart. As I researched it more I started seeing where things didn't match up and it wasn't a real Walmart and PayPal had sent the money to "[email protected]". I immediately tried to stop payment and report the fraud to PayPal (Case# PP-I-18632185). They initially turned down my claim but after I sent them photos of the fraudulent WalMart representation they reopened it. I have not received any further response from them. I don't know what the proper next step would be to get my money back.

I worry in this hard economic time that someone will go to this website. I did not visit the site.
