Walmart grocery has been charging my credit union account (that I rarely use) $12.95 for the last 6 months. I called to speak with them about it. They said they couldn't find my walmart grocery account but requested that i give them my full card number. I refused to do because i never gave it to them in the first place and obviously you allowed someone to sign up for walmart grocery without my permission. Even though it was obvious that I didnt have a walmart grocery account they told me they couldn't help me and I need to contact my bank. Why cant they refund me my money. You said you couldn't find an account, you dont have proof of me signing up for it, and you know I was charged for it. I've never purchased walmart pickup groceries and I never authorized those charges. They still refused to refund my money my bank said they can only go back 4 months.
