Ordered waist trainers over two months ago and still have not received my intended purchase. Contacted seller and have gotten no response on status only email says no refunds are given. They charge $50+ and got nothing.

I ordered a waist shaper and tea online in October 2019, I never received anything. I have paid for this product and I get the run around anytime will email them. I ask for a phone number in several occasions and I get nothing from these people. Week after week they tell me that they do not have what I ordered In stock when I ordered it online it was in stock. They keep telling me they will get a shipment next week then next week comes and they have told me 6 times already there has been a delay with their shipment. Today is the 16 th of December and I have no product and now I can not get a reply from these people regarding any updates. I asked for my money back be as they did not fulfill and they told me no refunds, but how can I not get a refund on a product I was promised and never received. This should not happen to anyone else. It’s not fair. It’s my hard working American money. I was buying this as a Xmas gift which I ordered in October way ahead of the holiday and now I’m out money and no product. Shut these people down it’s not cool they are doing this to people.

Do not order from this company. I read reviews online and they are all the same. This company advertises waist trainers at a discounted price. So you think you’re getting a good deal. The website says the product ships out in 7-10 business days. After the 10 business days, there is no update on your order. Once you contact the company, they via email, they send out the same email “

Hello,

We sincerely apologize for this delay with your order. Unfortunately we are currently experiencing delays with our shipment and orders are being delays. Once we have receive shipment your order will be ship priority. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause , our management team is working on getting this resolve as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.” This same email was sent me twice, after I left two complaints. Then, they won’t even refund or cancel your order. They charge your card, and never shop out products, and then your out of money.

I first ordered with this company in April 2019..the first order was delayed for over a month..the item they shipped was too small due to their incorrect sizing guide! I returned the items and was charged a shipping charge! I still have not received my replacement items and it has been almost two months! They just keep sending me the same message that the shipment is delayed and they will ship when they receive it. They refuse to refund me my money! I am beyond disgusted with their rude customer service! Do not waste your money with this company! They should be investigated and shut down!

I initially used to WaistAhaperz around May 21. I ordered two waist shapers from their website under the understanding that every product ships in 7 to 10 business days, as stated clearly under the product that I ordered. I ordered this because I figured it would be in well in time for a wedding I was going to on June 22. I used the website’s chat function about two weeks before the wedding because I still hadn’t received a tracking email as I was told I would in the confirmation email. When I asked, I was told I’d received one the following week. When I asked for a refund, I was told all sales are finale. It’s now two weeks since I was told I’d have an email the following week and I still have no received any more information. My emails never get answered and now when I use the chat function, I wait my turn as there’s a que counter to tell you how many people are ahead of me but when it’s my turn, I get no response and then it eventually boots me and I need to reopen the chat and it happens all over again. I spent money on something I believe to be a scam and I want either my product or money back immediately.

I ordered on may 27 2019 one 9 steel steel boned latex waist training size M and get 1 free size L so they send me the size M but they never send the rest of my order i call them too many times after 2 months they send me a fake tracking number

I purchased product from this company and was told 2 week delivery. When nothing came via email or delivered I contacted the company and was told another 2 weeks as they were waiting on their shipment. Two weeks passed now it’s been 4 weeks since I placed my order 10/14 and no product. Contacted company and they continued to state delay in shipment from their vendor. No idea when I could receive product and denied refund or cancelation of order. Then blocked me from communicating with them. I can’t post on their Facebook and their phone number goes to voicemail which is full. Total scam.
