This company is a scam! I ordered 4 items on April 1, 2021. I received a package around April 8. Generic package. No business name. No return address name, nothing. I open it, inside is another package. It is 1 item from my paid order. 5 days later, I receive the same type of package. After reviewing the return policy after the first item received, I realized this is not a company I want to do business with. STRICT return on items that are OPEN! Well...They force you to open the mailing, because there is NO BUSINESS NAME on the shipping package. Nothing! You HAVE to open it to see what is in there. I cancelled the other 2 items as they had not arrived. They ship everything 1 item at a time. Why? Because after 3 phone calls that went unanswered and voice messages unreturned; several emails asking for HELP to return the 2 items, I finally heard from someone and they charge "Hefty Shipping Fees and $25 per item to return." According to them, what I paid them for the 4 items that I only received 2; and they are still in their original packages, NEVER WORN, according to the person who emailed me; their SCAM of a return policy will take ALL the money I paid for the order! I am beyond sick! I then begin getting shipping notifications for the other 2 items. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY letting them know these items were to be cancelled! They no longer return my emails nor do they ever answer their phone or return your call. TODAY...4 weeks AFTER I placed my order, the last 2 items arrive, again, in a generic shipping package. I am expecting other orders for other things, so again, I HAVE TO OPEN IT! Inside the package are 2 separate packages with a shipping label over top of another shipping label. These items are coming from OVERSEAS! The shipping labels on the inside packages are in a foreign language! I have reported them to the BBB and contacted my credit card company immediately after the first 2 items arrived. These people/This company is a HUGE SCAM! They make it impossible to return because they REFUSE your returns; even though the items are unopened and have NEVER been tried on or worn.! I messaged them, to PLEASE send me the proper return address and if they do not, i will have my Post Office do a "RETURN TO SENDER". Each item (4) has a different shipping address. Each mailing came with NO Invoice. NO Product Instructions. No business information. NOTHING!

I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING FROM WAIST SECRET
I made the mistake of ordering from this POS company on 8/6/20, and I received an initial email on 8/6/20 confirming my order... and then there was no further communication. I emailed the company on 8/11/20 and asked them for a tracking #, Maria Santana responded that she was giving me my tracking #, but there was no tracking # provided in her email. So, I emailed them again on 8/17/20, and Maria responded again on 8/18/20 with a tracking # indicating that the garment was NEVER SHIPPED 12 days after placing the order. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DON'T ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.

Order a waist Chinher vest $44.99 on Tuesday January 15th. Got a thank you confirmation nothing else. Website said tracking number will be sent with 48 hours. On Friday January 18th, I still didn't get any notification from them. I sent an email Friday evening and got an response saying a tracking number Will be sent within 24 hours. It is Monday morning and still nothing from them. I called the number listed on the website but got no answer.
