I was looking through the website saw a package deal i wanted that included multiple pets up to 3 that would cost 25.00 each. I clicked on it and started filling out my first pet. then it asked for my card info. Thats it. I was done completing my pets information and asked to review what i had so far. When i clicked it i was automatically charged 150.00 without my consent! it would not let me go to support or orders or anything . it kept me on the same page. i called my bank and reported them . i finally got to out and started to call them. it went straight to voicemail. and no one has picked up and responded to my email.
