April 2019 I applied for a loan with major *** *** was going to be 15,000 but I signed the agreement and the loan terms and after all that said and done he Springs this amount of money I need to pay 1000 for the attorney 1000 for processing 1000 to activate and I told him I didn't have that kind of money I did send money in increments and anticipated this loan he told me the money would be applied to the payments on Wednesday, October 2 he needed another 1100 to complete the loan and I sent that money to him anticipating I would have the loan the next day never happened he assured me it would be deposited by noon and it was not at 2:15 sent me a text message on hangouts stating he was at the bank with making a deposit didn't hear anything until about 9 PM that evening then he leaves it on me that I need to pay $1700 for an insurance I said no that's against the law and I called FTC and wrote down what they told me verbatim and told wager and he was all kinds of foul language to me I need my funds back and he's refusing to do that
