I was contacted today by this company claiming that my wages were about to be garnished per a court order through their attorney. They stated that a quick loan that I took with cash express wasn't covered by the bankruptcy that I filed in 2012 which has since been discharged. They threatened me stating the charges are deception and stealing money. If I paid them immediatly, I could cut the delinquent balance owed to them in half and attorneys fees would be dropped. They had my social security number.
