Scammer had me download a Skype account to instant message. The job interview and orientation was conducted through the messenger. He asked normal interview questions. Told me the pay for the position was $25 and benefits included. After he mentioned the pay I knew it had to be a scam but I continued to follow directions. He also used bad punctuation and didn’t capitalize letters that were suppose to be capitalized. He asked my gender and city I lived. I was never asked to complete an application or send my resume. I was offered the job and he wanted more information like my address, email, phone number. I only gave him my email so I could understand what typed of scam it was. He then told me I would be sent a check so I could purchase my mini office at home set up equipment that I had to purchase from their vendors only. I received an offer letter from them on letterhead for it to seem real. In the body of the meal they asked me to sign send back with a picture of my government ID so they could put me in their system. This happened yesterday 3/31/20.
