Type of a scam Online Purchase
We waited over 6 weeks to receive our “art.” The quality is appalling: completely faded & not like the quality portrayed on the website (see attached picture). We emailed the company & tried to get a refund and got these options (copied directly from the email from VVV Art):
A- Refund 60% ( customer pay 40% processing fee plus handling),
B- Exchange ( you can keep your current artwork and choose a new print for similar price range and only pay 75%)
The email was time stamped 2:01am PST.
They included a picture of what was sent to us in their email response. The picture was taken in a way that distorts the quality of what we received. See attached picture of the actual faded print we received.
The company has no public address.
We’re convinced VVV Art has people write fake reviews to get victims to buy from them. VVV Art won’t give full refunds.
We sincerely hope the authorities get involved immediately and shut down the website and the “business.”
