Inquired about purchasing puppies for our family. We picked our dogs from the website to be delivered to our home. Once the online inquiry was made we were required to fill in our contact info. I initially received a text requesting basic info about our home and our preferred method of payment. A contract was submitted and I thoroughly read it specifying the expectations from us as owners, puppy transportation info, and health guarantee. I was told I would be contacted by the transportation company the following day with details. Once I received the email from the transportation company ([email protected]) they explained I needed to pay for a special transport kennel that would cost me an additional $1780 but I would receive the money back in cash once the dogs were delivered. None of which was discussed in the contract I signed.
