Robot caller suggesting a service I paid for was up for auto-renewal. I had never purchased anything from the company before. In order to receive a refund I needed to return their call within 48 hours.

/Received a call from this number 845-952-3673 that left a voice mail about cancelling a subscription and getting a refund and to call this number back 302-417-2800 if I want to cancel within 48 hours upon receiving this confirmation call. This call was from a David Thompson and sound like a robot call. I did not call the number back and if you receive a call like this do not call back and just delete it from your messages. I believe it is a SCAM.

This needs to report and investigation needs to be done to close this out and stop it.

Vtec solutions called and stated he needs renewal on service that he had before (previously scammed) stated that he needs to update service. Fee of $399 to renew. Knows that it was a scam years ago. Wanted access to computer. Refused.
