This person By the name of Vincent DevIlle is a total fraud, They will convince you to sign over your property , they will put furniture from good will and used mattresses to host people and charge insane amount of rental fees and and other hidden fees such a s parking, wifi, etc. They will "manage" your property, You will never see a dime, and they have all these excuses as for why the money isn't there, This company will get you evicted, they will ruin your credit and give you headaches , and as a guest you will be scammed out of more money and hidden fees, and you will be sleeping on mattresses with bed bugs and recycled furniture.
