Wanted to return or exchange item. They won’t allow it. $43 purchase price. They offer $7 initially! I finally settled for $22….still lost money

Their website says it takes returns on order but when I requested a return to get a refund, they said they do not take returns.

The website claims that all of their clothing is made in South Carolina, US and they have an About Us page with a fake story of two sisters starting the company. There are numerous reports online of either the clothing coming with Made In China and poor quality that does not look like the pictures advertised after 30 days or people not receiving their orders at all and the company failing to reimburse.

The website shows a picture of a sweater. The picture says please allow for slight color differences. The sweater I received is not slightly different, it’s very different, the stitching and weave of the sweater is different and the pattern is different. It has a similar look, but it is not the same as marketed on the website. The emails back and forth indicate that there will be slight differences and I, the seller, need to allow for it.

Bought 2 tops on Dec 3. First email stated it shipped on Dec 8, but USPS hasn't moved location since that day. Customer service says there is nothing they can do since it shipped.
