Attempt to sell tech support by making user believe that there is an issue with the computer. Says is with Microsoft based in Palo Alto and calls himself Mike Williams. Gives MS Idea #1024. Technician is called Roy Justin both have Indian accents and manager is referred to as James Austin. Accesses computer and shows the intrusions which I believe is made up. Have Fsecure on computer which runs in background. Tried to sell $1999 of MS product of putting in 4 layers of security, popped up a MS screen showing this. To be paid in 4 checks. $599 for one computer $1999 for multiple. Says it is life time support.
