They will call asking to buy your extra vacation weeks that they will sell for 1600 a week you just have to pay the transfer fee of 299 upfront. sounds good because you get your money back plus some until til it's past the 60 to 90 days they said it would take to get your money and now they send you potential renters but you are supposed to call and confirm availability with rci( a real agency). I told the lady i was speaking with i would call rci then call them back, but when i called rci they told me that's not how that works if your trading your week they can't confirm availability until you trade it with your resort or if your buying the week out upfront then they can but prices vary. I explain to them about this company and he said it seemed like a scam and to contact ********. I contacted ******** and they said they had heard of this company and it is a scam. I called vp rentals back and the same lady answered and said were you able to get the availability confirmed? Then i told her that i was told by two people it was a scam and she suggested i call and speak to someone else. I asked to speak to someone else because she wasn't helpful or listening this time or other time i spoke to her but yet if she didn't speak to me why did she answer were you able to get the availability confirmed? I told her i was going to contact better business Bureau and she said she would have my call escalated so a manager would call me back but the first time i called she said she was a manager.
