I received a new card from another company and decided to check all my accounts and notice charges not made by me. I also checked my credit report and noticed that the same day that the 3 credit bureaus were contacted my credit card began receiving fraudulent charges. Ironic that the same day fraudulent charges were made on my card. I called the number that the woman gave me and all I got was a voice mail message stating "Thank you, you reached *** company...Leave a message." Left a message stating my concerns and NO call back. Contacted credit card company to report my card compromised and called the new card to state that I will not be activating it because of fraudulent charges made the same day card was opened. They suggested I report this to the BBB. I also put a Fraud Alert through the 3 credit bureaus. Thus far, only the charges on my credit card which are being disputed have been charged. I don't know that the company is a scam, or if it is a breach in their security or someone is using the information once the transaction is made.
