I ordered a pair of wireless headphones from the company and almost immediately they processed my payment. The following day I received an email from them advising my order had shipped, however, they failed to provide a tracking number. I have tried to contact them numerous times since then, with no help whatsoever. I have not gotten them to respond back ot any of my correspondence requests.

I ordered a pair of wireless headphones from the company and almost immediately they processed my payment AND an International fee. The following day I received an email from them advising my order had shipped, however, they failed to provide a tracking number. I have tried to contact them more times than I can count since then, with no help whatsoever. They did respond once, in early July, to say that due to a shipping mishap, it was going to take longer to ship my order. Since that time, I have not gotten them to respond back ot any of my correspondence requests.
