I ordered 2 heaters for my parents. They sent email saying order confirmed and charged 198.98. I went back to cancel the order but the email can not be delivered. I received one email saying I never paid, but they took it from my account. The email is [email protected].

The first time I did the second time I got a hold of Best buy and see if it was part of their thing since they are using the Best buy and they said it was not their site I didn't give any more information when it came up again
