Vortex Hair Care advertises on all social media platforms and seem to ship out enough products to warrant continued conversations/reviews from customers. Or they pay enough spokespeople/influencers and other customers to leave reviews. If you look at all their comments and on other sites like Reddit and TrustPilot you will see just as many people reporting it's a complete scam alongside what looks like other people who have received the product. To date I have had 29 email exchanges with a customer service rep who calls himself "Ry", out of those 29 emails only 6 email replies are from "Ry", the rest are from me following up several times without a reply. I've asked for a refund in several of my emails with no acknowledgement from "Ry" on this request, his reply is simply about the replacement product that's never sent out. The order was placed on Nov 24, 2024 and marked as "delivered" on Dec 19, 2024. Here are some of Ry's email replies.

Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered a bit early by the carrier.

I will get back to you as soon as I receive any new information. Please let me know if you’re able to check with the post office, and I truly appreciate your continued patience.
