I ran across this website while looking for new binoculars. At first the prices sounded to good to be true but after reviewing the company and their policies I began to feel better about purchasing from them. I was supposed to receive an email with tracking information but never did. I have sent them many emails on their website, emails to their service department, ect without receiving anything back. Avoid this company at all cost it is a scam.

I was looking for a pair of Vortex binoculars for my daughter for Christmas. I came across this website advertising the binoculars I was seeking at a ridiculously low selling amount. I checked with the Vortex manufacturer who lists all of the retailers that sell their product on their home page. https://www.vortexdeals.club/ or vxopticsusa was not listed. Vortex (manufacturer) contacted me 12 hours after I messaged them informing me that vortexdeals.club is indeed a fraudulent company that should not be purchased from. Vortexdeals.club had only been in existence for 6 days at the time I contacted Vortex (manufacturer) and began immediately attempting to have vortexdeals.club removed from existence.
