I have had the same experience as above. I was very, very late to come to ordering things on line. Now I have been scammed twice. By this Voonice and also by HAZILA.

I never received anything from either, 2 months later.
I lost $46.98 as well. I cannot afford to lost that.

My item a rechargable mini cooler fan was supposedly sent to a shipping partner KWT International with USPS code 9200190249260909225362. It says it arrived at shipping partner Aug. 13. Nothing else has happened. I sent inquiry email to voonice support but no response. Now I see this scam info come up while trying to access voonice.com. I guess I am out my $24.98.

I was looking for a portable electric fan for my warehouse job since it's un-airconditioned. I went on google and voonice.com came up with a 2020 Blaux Portable AC- Small po. The total plus shipping came out to 46.98 U.S. dollars. I was given this tracking number (92612909841075543478336840) for usps and told to wait 8-10 days for it to be delivered. I periodically check the number but all it says on USPS is that is is being shipped to them and they will let me know when it arrives. Today, now 17 days later and the link still saying not delivered to USPS at all,I finally decided it was lost in transit and wanted a refund. However, clicking the order number link, looking for the website online, or trying to access voonice.com at all is now impossible. The links no longer work and the website is both insecure and does not exist. They still took my money and nothing has been delivered to USPS.
