Place an transaction through there online website Voogueme.com on 5/27/21. the listed telephone for the company 1(302)309-7808. each time you try to contact the recording state no agent available call back later. I was charged twice for an ordered #130117209 in the amount $40.93. the way of communicate was through the Chat Live. The agent Amber question my complaint. and informed me to contact my Bank which I did before talking to them. It was confirmed there are( 2) transaction from that company in the amount listed. Before I had used a Visa Gift Card to pay for the ordered and it declined I ask do they accept Gift card and the answer was yes. but they don't so consumer I left the pay by Credit , Debit, or Bank ACH. I requested to canceled the transaction. Agent Amber stated it will be done and I will check to verified is y account was credit back.
