I placed an order. It was taken off my debit card. They sent a tracking number. My purchase was supposedly delivered 3 or 4 days before they gave me a tracking number. The USPS told me it was delivered to the wrong address and they couldn't give me the address for privacy reasons. I contacted [email protected] and told them. They "investigated" and determined that it was shipped to the wrong address. They promised a replacement and another tracking number. When I got the new tracking number it was delivered to the WRONG TOWN 3 or 4 days before I got the number. Contacted them again. Got the same response and again it was delivered before I got the tracking number to the wrong town. Again, they "investigated" and I'm currently waiting for my next tracking number.

I order was delivered to a completely different address. I verified it through USPS. I contacted the company demanding my refund and they told me " Dear Stan,

Thanks for contacting us here again.

The logistics show that your package has been delivered successfully.

If you do not receive the package, you could ask your family and neighbors and check if they have collected it for you, and you could also contact your local post office to pick up.
