I went to facebook to a link for an online event to watch a basketball game for Temple College the link said to sign up for a $1 trial but obviously the web address had switched upon going to the link. I ended up with a subscription for VOD premium access for 39.99 per month. When I got the email for the subscription on Nov. 13, 202I I immediately sent a email to cancel the subscription. On Nov. 15th 2021 39.99 was taken out of my debit card account. I call the telephone number listed, after 30 minutes of holding I finally got a representative who told me I could cancel but they did not give refunds. The site was definitely a bait and switch. It was very deceptive and not clear. Beware!
