After noticing an ad on Facebook, I placed an order on 11/10/22 for a metal sign for my grandson's business. Order #3146 and paid using PayPal in the amount of $135.45. When the order was not received, I started calling to see when I might receive the order and left many messages with no return call. I sent e-mails and the only message received was that they would look into the matter. It's now January 5, 2023 and I've not received my order, never heard from the vendor, and filed a report with PayPal. Isn't this illegal? Can something be done to stop them?
