I purchased a catio and cat cage July 10th. They advertise 5 day shipping. As of the 27th I have not received a confirmation email or the product. There are 2 emails associated with the web site VNWISH but neither of them are valid. I am in the process of getting ahold of PayPal to dispute this transaction.

I came across their Facebook add and ordered their catio product. Website says they are located in Tennessee and Pennsylvania and have 5-7 day shipping. In 5 weeks I have never received a catio, nor confirmation email, tracking number, absolutely zero contact from them. I tried to email them about it, thinking maybe shipping is just delayed or it there was a mixup, but my emails come straight back to me saying their email address doesn’t exist. It is the only form of contact offered on their site. No fax or phone number to call. In looking into the product further, I learned that they generally sell for 10x more than what they are asking, so I firmly believe it’s a “too good to be true” thing and a scam.
