On January 30 I order bean bag chairs (2) @49.98 The money was taken out of my account and the merchandise was never received. The tracking number was invalid and they claimed it was delivered on Feb 18 to my home address. They informed me to check the post office who informed me that it was an invalid tracking number. I was informed by zhigu (support@zgo24officialcustomer service.com on February28 that it was lost in transit and they would try to resend it I asked for my money back and they offered me 50% if I would use the rest to buy another item from them. When I refused they have since not replied
