On December 7th I ordered (and was charged same day) what I thought to be a cool reusable lighter from VLORAN which was and ad on Instagram and still is. After not receiving tracking information on packages that are meant to be sent after 72 hours (according to the website) I emailed them asking where my product was. No response for a few days. I replied to the same email to follow up yet still no response. We are almost going to hit a month of no contact with the seller in any way shape or form. I fear more and more people are falling into the same scam i did. I will be contacting my bank later tonight stating fraud.

Surprisingly, they were allowed to advertise on Instagram with free shipping. When you google “VLORAN” similar reviews and experiences across the board. You’ll be able to pay for an order, and receive a confirmation email, but that’s it—no follow up emails or phone calls. And when you try to call or email, you’ll get no response. It’s been 3 weeks. Some other experienced 6 or 9 weeks.

Ad on social media. Went to website and ordered product they claimed was on discount. Received an email concerning purchase, but no shipping info. The company hasn’t not responded to my emails.

I purchased an item on 12/12/18 online after clicking through an ad I saw on Instagram. I paid, was charged, and received a confirmation with notice that'd I'd be notified when the order was shipped and would receive a tracking number. I never received the item, notice of shipment, or a tracking number. Attempts to email the vendor have received no response, and calling the phone number leads to a voicemail with no indication of whom the voicemail belongs to. I looked into the company, and saw nothing but stories similar to mine -- items being ordered and never being shipped, with no success in contacting the vendor. Unfortunately, Vloran seems to be nothing more than an online scam.

Placed order on 12/9, got email confirmation, but order never shipped as promised in time for the holidays.

The order number doesn't work on the website tracker, no one responds to email inquiries, no one picks up the phone. I presume I am out $25 and will not receive my order ever.

I ordered a product from this website, they took the money out of my bank account and I never received a tracking number let alone the product. When you try and call their customer service number you get a loop of offers telling you you’ve won a $100 shopping credit just for calling and tell you to have your credit card ready for a small fee of $1 and some change, it gives you an option to decline this and when you do it goes to “another offer” you never actually get to speak with anyone. DO NOT BUY from them. They are a scam.

SCAM! No product delivered, credit card was charged $24.99. When calling their support line it is a bunch of DirectTV, Singles, Dish Network, etc. advertising. This is a FAKE COMPANY. I have reported this to Visa as a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered, what was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, from vloran.com after seeing an ad on Instagram. After I made the purchase the website said that it was confirmed. The charge went through on my credit card. A day or two later I realized I never received an email confirmation or anything regarding my purchase. I sent them 3 emails. No response. I was finally able to call & it was just a prerecorded woman telling me I won all of these things just for calling.
