Good Intentions hoodie Black

I ordered the hoodie back in late november 2021 and after ordering had a got an email of the receipt waiting for the confirmation email to await after about 2 months in january i contacted them and i did receive a hoodie but i doubt its real considering how small the v symbol on the back is though im wearing it till i get a new one.

I ordered a palm angels vlone hoodie as a Christmas gift. Item they sent came with no store tag or clothing tag inside sweater, it was a different style than what ordered. As soon as I received it I tried contacting them multiple times at all hours of the day different days of the week through customer service number no answer. Emailed them a few times- finally someone replied with “ please send pics” I did right away till this day have not received answer and phone number on website seems to be bogus.

I ordered this product for over 400 dollars then they claimed to have sent me a refund amount for the delayed making the total to appear to be 200 but have yet to receive that money and when I contact them again they send a coupon code for 25% off and that my items would be there in the next few weeks after it’s been over 3 months late. Still haven’t received it so I emailed again and have yet to receive a response and not the website is down.

I ordered a hoodie a week a go , i dont have news on it, dont know where it is and i cant track it and i have tried to contact them and got no answer.

I’ve ordered from there April 6th 2021, they sent me a order confirmation number & email 2 days later. After that I’ve been trying to track it because i ordered it for my best friends birthday on April 22nd. It gave no updates. On April 25th it said that my hoodie was delivered but too a different location, not the location I put in when I ordered. I called the shipment company they told me the address I told them was not the address they delivered it too. So I called Vlone Official, NO ANSWER after calling several times. I tried to figure out where my package was for weeks, eventually just came to the realization it wasn’t coming. Two days ago on July 8, 2021 I received a call from the shipment place saying they have my order & it has been there since april, yet I never received and I paid for it to be delivered to my doorstep but I had to pickup it up. When I analyzed the Vlone Hoodie it was a fake one. Wasted money & time.

I ordered two shirts almost 4 weeks ago and I still haven't received them. I emailed them about it and they said it was delayed because of covid, but it still hasn't came. There website is down now and so is there email address. Every time i would ask about my order they would say everything is under control and that my order is on the way, but i'm still waiting.

I ordered off this website April 12th. My ordered said it shipped and was out for delivery on April 16th. I contacted the company via email because the phone number didn't work April 17th and they told me they shipped the item but due to COVID it has to go through special sanitizing. I been continuously email because the website it not working and they told me everyday it is under maintenance and it will be back up that night. I told them I was filling a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and needed their address which they refused to give me. I tried to email today May 6th and now the email doesn't work anymore. I also called the number today and someone answered. The guy says he has been steady getting calls from upset people and he "just got the number a couple days ago". I want my money back. These shirts were suppose to be a birthday gift for my husband but seems like that didn't happen.

Purchased a shirt, they sent me a text with an order number days later after I inquired about one. Then I tried to use the order number to track my purchase, and it couldnt find it. So I had to reach out for a 2nd time, then i finally got it and the site shows it was processing, a few days later i check it says delivered. I did not receive the item, when i contacted them for a 3rd time to tell about the false delivery they said it was an error. So I gave it a few more days then go check on it, now the site is under maintenance and has been for several days. I inquired about a refund they completley ignored me but responded that they are having issues. I just want my money back. I placed my order on April 6th and today is may 3rd!!! I am still in the process of trying to get my money back.
