I received email stating "as seen on Shark Tank" . . .and order your free trial product, i.e. one bottle of capsules and one 1 oz serum, of which I paid $11.96 postage on May 12, 2019. Upon monitoring my debit card account, on May 26, I noticed charges of $92.97 and $92.99 and I immediately called and informed personnel I wanted no further shipments. As of to date, May 28, 2019, I noticed no refund and again called and was told I would receive no refund because trial time had expired. After explaining I haven't tried yet, they reluctantly told me they could return 25%. I asked to speak with a manager and was told "they were in a meeting". I have not seen refund yet. So my FREE trial offer cost me $197.93
