I bought Backstreet Boys tickets in February 21,2025 for the August 10th show. The tickets were expected to be delivered July 27.

I chat with vividseats several times before July 27th for my tickets.

Now it’s July 29th and they canceled my tickets and wouldn’t give me a replacement.

They said the seller couldn’t fulfill the order.

I wanted my tickets that I purchased in February and they should had fulfill my order.

Not only did I lose on backstreet boy tickets, but I had already bought plane tickets and hotel. They should not had sold me the tickets if they wouldn’t fulfill it!

Purchased concert tickets in August, got a call yesterday (10/15/24) that my seat was no longer available, and they will not replace my ticket. The customer service line told me that there was only one available ticket for $160, then the price jumped to $350, then $500. Their own app says there are tickets available for all 3 prices, but they made it sound like $300-$500 is the only available option. This isn't a scammer pretending to be this business, because my tickets were refunded and I received an email from vivid seats themselves. No one I talked to was able to give me any information about why my tickets were cancelled in the first place.
